By purchasing tickets for or attending Beep-Bop-Boop Fest, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Event Overview

Beep-Bop-Boop Fest is a ticketed kids & family festival curated by Endorphins Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., held at Nexus Select Citywalk, Saket, New Delhi, on the announced dates.

2. Ticket Validity & Entry

  • Tickets are valid only for the date(s) selected at the time of booking.
  • Single-day tickets allow entry on one chosen day only.
  • Festival Passes allow entry on both event days.
  • Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid digital or printed ticket.
  • Entry and participation are subject to ticket type and inclusions selected.

3. Parent & Child Entry

  • Parent entry is included only as per the ticket type purchased.
  • Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  • The organiser reserves the right to verify age or ticket eligibility at entry points.

4. Activities & Participation

Access to activities depends on:

  • Ticket type
  • Age group suitability
  • Capacity and safety considerations

Certain experiences, zones, or workshops may require additional paid tickets or add-ons. Participation is subject to availability, queue systems, and on-ground instructions.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • On-ground facilitators and staff will guide children during activities.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for their children’s behaviour and safety at all times.
  • Any behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the venue without refund.
  • The organiser reserves the right to deny access for safety or security reasons.

6. Photography & Media

  • The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
  • By attending, you grant permission for your and your child’s images/videos to be used by the organiser for marketing, social media, or future communications.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the on-ground team.

7. Ticket Cancellation, Refunds & Transfers

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Tickets cannot be rescheduled or exchanged once booked.
  • In case of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed of the next steps.

8. Changes & Cancellations

The organiser reserves the right to:

  • Modify event schedules
  • Change activity line-ups
  • Adjust timings or zones
  • Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances

Any such changes will be communicated through official channels.

9. Liability Disclaimer

The organiser shall not be responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings
  • Injury resulting from misuse of equipment or non-compliance with instructions

Participation in activities is at the attendee’s own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
